What are the shipping charges and how are they calculated?

Shipping is free of charge for qualifying orders. Free shipping is automatically applied in your cart at checkout. If you do not qualify for free shipping, actual shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address and total order weight.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Our corporate accounts that have direct billing setup can have online orders charged directly to their account. If you are interested in setting up a corporate account, click here to inquire.

How long will delivery take?

Our turn-around time is incredibly fast, and we frequently get orders shipped the same day if they are placed in the morning (depending on quantity). You will get shipment notifications and tracking numbers delivered by email and accessible from your account page.

How secure is shopping online? Is my data protected?

Very secure! Our entire site is SSL encrypted (notice the lock in your browser address bar). We don’t store your credit card information, it is managed by the leading online credit card processor Stripe.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We get to work right away processing your order, and if we have any questions we will use the email address you provided on checkout. After we get your order created it will ship right away, and you will receive a tracking number to that same email address.

Do I receive a receipt for my order?

Yes! After you checkout you will be directed to a printable order receipt page, and you will also receive an email with the receipt. You can always view your receipts on your account page.
